Why We Homeschool

It's FUN!
It allows us to have more family time.
To create a strong, loving bond with our kids.
To give them the best quality education possible.
To teach them about Jesus (something they would NOT learn in school).
To be able to moniter their progress on a daily basis and to be there praising them for it.
To see where they struggle and to help and encourage them.
Freedom to be flexible with our schedule.
So our children can learn at their own pace.
So our kids can be socialized with kids who will be a good positive, influence on them.
So we can learn more about our children.
To keep our family close.
To keep them focused on what is important, God, family and a good education.
To keep our children away from peer pressure.
So we can teach them according to their talents and interests.
So our children will see that we are genuinely concerned with what they learn and how they progress.
To give them more one on one attention.
To make learning a fun, exciting, everday experience.
So our kids can learn in a homey, kid friendly environment.
To teach them from material that bests suits their learning style.
We want them to be in a safe environment.
To give them a good, healthy self esteem, while still maintaining a spirit of humbleness.
Because we want learning to be our life, an everyday, every opportunity experience, woven right into ordinary events, not an 8:00-2:00 schedule.
